Morata, a substitute and a red card in another defeat for Leganés

Córdoba defeated Leganés 1-0 in a match held at Butarque on October 16. The decisive goal was scored during the final moments of the game, securing a victory for the visiting team.

The result provides relief for Córdoba while intensifying the difficulties for Leganés. The home side is currently experiencing a prolonged decline in performance, characterized by a lack of offensive effectiveness and a failure to meet the expectations established during the preseason as a promotion contender.
