NewzA man who is accused of killing three people in a car crash in Miami back in 2022 is back behind bars in South Florida after he was mistakenly deported to Honduras, Local 10 learned Monday.Online jail records show Erwin Rommel Recinos, now 30, was extradited to Miami-Dade County and booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on July 23.Recinos is charged with three counts of DUI manslaughter, three counts of vehicular homicide/reckless manner, DUI causing serious bodily injury and reckless driving causing serious bodily injury.Miami police officers arrested Recinos on March 24, 2022, months after the fatal crash occurred at about 3 a.m. 13, 2022.According to police, the crash occurred near a Valero gas station along West Flagler Street, near Southwest 48th Avenue.Paola Sabillon, Jason Meza and Giselle Reyes were killed in the crash.According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Recinos was deported to Honduras on Sept.
