1 of 2 workers trapped in storm sewer below street in Downers Grove still missing, authorities say it's now a recovery operation

Fire officials in southwest suburban Downers Grove have transitioned from a rescue to a recovery operation as they continue to search for one of two workers who were trapped in a storm sewer below the street Monday, according to village officials.
