$100m illegal tobacco haul after tip-off from China

Australian authorities have seized an illegal tobacco haul valued at $100 million following a tip-off from China. The operation intercepted 91 shipping containers.

The seizure resulted in the confiscation of 60 million illegal cigarettes and 60 kilograms of loose-leaf tobacco.
