159,000-square-foot Costco coming to Littleton

Construction is underway on Mineral Place, a large mixed-use development located at 700 W. Mineral Ave., to be anchored by a Costco wholesale store. Mineral Place will be the "biggest project that Littleton has seen in probably decades," according to the city's economic development manager.
