2,300-year-old grain wine identified in sealed bronze vessel

Researchers have successfully identified traces of a cereal-based alcoholic beverage dating back approximately 2,300 years. The ancient grain wine was discovered inside a sealed bronze vessel.

The archaeological find was unearthed in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, located in northwest China.
