2 dead people found in Queens home where man emerged with shotgun after blast, NYPD says

NYPD officers hold a press conference after Kegan Thomas allegedly wielded a shotgun and was shot and critically wounded by NYPD officers outside his home. The NYPD says it shot Kegan Thomas after he came out of the home with a tactical vest and wouldn't put down his weapon.
