2 Phoenix police officers arrested and fired after violent, unreported traffic stop

Two Phoenix police officers have been arrested and terminated following a violent, unreported traffic stop. During the incident, the officers assaulted a man and a woman and utilized a Taser on them. The encounter was not officially reported by the officers involved.
