2027: Tinubu, Atiku, Obi, 15 others make INEC final presidential candidates’ list (Full List)

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has published the final list of presidential candidates for the 2027 election, featuring 18 contenders. Prominent figures including Tinubu, Atiku, and Obi are among the candidates who have secured spots on the final ballot alongside 15 other individuals.

Demographic data from the candidate pool reveals a significant gender disparity in the race. Out of the 18 total presidential flag bearers, 16 are male, representing approximately 88.9 percent of the candidates, while only two are female.
