A 44-year-old Salvadoran woman was rescued alive in the Ionian Sea after spending approximately 24 hours adrift. The woman fell from a cruise ship south of the Greek island of Zakynthos and managed to survive by clinging to a circular lifebuoy until she was located by authorities on Monday.
