25 years after 9/11, al-Qaeda said regrouping in Taliban-run Afghanistan

Twenty-five years after the September 11 attacks, reports indicate that al-Qaeda is regrouping within Afghanistan under Taliban rule. The terror group and its affiliates have reportedly established at least eight operational bases in the country since the Taliban returned to power.
