2nd man in connection to causing $96K in damage to St. Pete luxury condo tower turns himself in

(WFLA)— Both men in connection with a vandalism incident that caused $96,000 in damage at a luxury downtown condo tower have turned themselves in. Petersburg Police Department announced that Andrew O'Neill, 34, and James Boyle, 38, have turned themselves in to the Pinellas County Jail.
