3 stray mongrels captured after cyclist dies in suspected dog attack

Hong Kong authorities have captured three stray mongrels near a road in Yuen Long following the death of a female cyclist who is suspected of having died in a fatal dog attack in the area.

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) stated on Monday that it collaborated directly with police operations to secure the animals near the scene of the incident.
