40 pallets of ballot papers arrive in Lusaka

The Electoral Commission of Zambia has transported 40 pallets of ballot papers to the Lusaka District in preparation for the upcoming General Elections scheduled for August 13, 2026. The shipment was moved from the commission's central warehouse using seven trucks.

These materials are designated for the administration of the election across 10 constituencies, 38 wards, and 1,246 polling stations within the district. The arrival of these supplies marks a logistical step in the commission's preparations for the national voting process.
