400,000+ Malaysian travelers make up largest foreign passenger group on Jakarta-Bandung high-speed railway

Data from the railway operator shows that more than 105,000 Malaysian travelers utilized the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway during the first eight months of 2026.

Malaysian visitors comprised approximately 40 percent of all foreign passengers on the railway during this eight-month period, establishing them as the largest foreign passenger group using the service.
