60 days after the earthquakes in Venezuela

Sixty days after a double earthquake struck Venezuela, ongoing recovery efforts continue in the disaster zone. Volunteer rescuer Domingo Pacheco, who arrived on the scene from the very first day, remains active as his workload is far from finished.

The disaster was triggered by two major tremors of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 that occurred just 39 seconds apart on June 24.
