Pellegrini: "Three key points to achieve the goal of advancing to the next round"

Following a 3-2 victory in their first home match of the Champions League, Real Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini emphasized the critical nature of securing three points toward the team's objective of advancing to the next round. While celebrating the win, the Chilean coach also expressed regret over a complicated first half.

In a separate sporting event on October 14, La Laguna Tenerife decisively defeated Maxima Roma 96-71 in a Eurocup match held in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Tenerife controlled the game entirely, preventing the Italian side from mounting a challenge and securing a 25-point victory to start their campaign.
