A California judge has ruled that the criminal case against Fraser Bohm, the driver accused of causing a high-speed crash that killed four Pepperdine University students in Malibu, will proceed to trial after denying a defense request to dismiss four murder charges. Jury selection is scheduled to begin Sept. 8 in Los Angeles County Superior Court, ABC 7 Los Angeles reported.
