A ninth woman's body is found in South Africa as police investigate series of killings

South African police are investigating a series of killings after the ninth body of a woman was discovered on the outskirts of Johannesburg. All of the female victims, who were in their twenties and thirties, were killed over the past two months.

All nine bodies were recovered within the Ekurhuleni municipality during this two-month period. The discovery of the multiple bodies has raised serious concerns among investigators and the public that the killings may have been carried out by the same perpetrator or group of individuals.
