The team also runs Sharma in the Porsche Equity-One Carrera Cup Australia Championship. “I’ve known a couple of the team members, Barrell and Harry, for a long time so I’m excited to work with them,” Zerefos said. Additionally, this marks his first race in an outright Class X production car.
“It will be my first race in an outright Class X production car, so I can’t wait to experience the BMW M3’s performance and contend for a great outright finish as well as a strong result within our class,” he added. Vast Motorsport welcomed the signing. The team noted that Zerefos impressed at Bathurst this year.
“Zerefos really impressed us this year at Bathurst, and it’s great to have him in the team – he’s a safe pair of hands with a big following in Australia and the US.” Aaron Zerefos in the BMW Class X production car.
