Santiago Abascal asserted that the autonomous city of Ceuta was "taken by force" and criticized Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez, accusing him of acting as "Morocco's ambassador in Spain" and covering up an "invader."

Abascal also questioned Sánchez's remarks regarding the absence of the King in Ceuta, pointing out that Sánchez directed no reproaches toward the King of Morocco, who claims the city as his own.
