ABC removes third Four Corners episode led by Mahmood Fazal

The Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) has removed a third episode of the investigative program Four Corners, along with portions of another television program and an episode of the radio program Background Briefing, all led by reporter Mahmood Fazal.

The removal of the content follows an ABC review into Fazal's use of anonymous interviewees. The review identified three additional episodes of concern across the Four Corners and Background Briefing programs tied to the sacked reporter.
