President Abelardo de la Espriella has formally ordered the Minister of Information Technologies and Communications (Ministerio TIC), Alexandra Falla Zerrate, to conduct a rigorous review of ongoing appointments within her department.

The directive requires the head of the ICT portfolio to closely examine the personnel selections currently being made inside the ministry, reflecting an administrative check on the ministry's internal staffing processes.
