Activada la alerta de contaminación del mar por el incendio de barco en Orio (Guipúzcoa)

The Basque Government activated the alert phase of the Euskadi Special Emergency Plan for Marine Coastal Contamination (Itsasertza Plan) on Thursday night following a fire aboard a moored fishing boat in Orio, Guipúzcoa.

The blaze, which broke out earlier that morning, prompted authorities to implement emergency protocols to address potential environmental impacts on the marine coastline.
