A technology entrepreneur from San Gabriel, California, has been arrested and charged in the United States with smuggling more than 300 million dollars in high-end computer servers to China.

The illicit shipments involved advanced servers equipped with powerful graphics processing units (GPUs) that are subject to strict export controls.
