Adoexpo defends the operations of Dominican exporters

The Dominican Association of Exporters, known as Adoexpo, has publicly defended the operations of Dominican exporters following accusations from the United States. The U.S. claim alleges that approximately 40 countries, including the Dominican Republic, are being used as transshipment bases to redirect Chinese products into the U.S. market in order to evade tariffs.

In response to these allegations, Adoexpo maintained that the U.S. accusations should not prompt premature conclusions or actions regarding the integrity of Dominican export operations. The association's stance highlights the sensitivity of trade relations and tariff enforcement between the two nations.
