ADP reports more demonstrations and maintains teaching hours in Higüey

The Municipal Executive Committee of the Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP), Higüey branch, has announced new protest actions targeting educational authorities. The measures follow the expiration of a 36-hour ultimatum issued previously by the teachers' union.

Despite the escalation in pressure and the announcement of further gatherings to demand responses to their outstanding grievances, the ADP confirmed that regular teaching hours will be maintained in Higüey while these new actions are carried out.
