ADP reports more demonstrations and maintains teaching hours in Higüey

The Municipal Executive Committee of the Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP) in Higüey has announced further demonstrations to press for responses to demands made to educational authorities. This escalation follows the expiration of a 36-hour ultimatum previously issued by the teachers' union.

Despite announcing the new protest actions, the ADP confirmed that regular teaching hours will be maintained in Higüey while the union pursues its unresolved claims with the educational administration.
