AFP y ONP: desde junio de 2027 se podrá cambiar de sistema de pensiones libremente y estas son las claves

Starting in June 2027, individuals in Peru will be granted the freedom to voluntarily transfer their pension funds between the private AFP system and the public ONP system. This change is a central component of the recently enacted pension reform legislation.
