After more than a year of investigating and a dozen witnesses interviewed, a Cape Cod police department is turning to the public for help to find information in the death of a U.S. Army veteran and father of a 3-year-old son last summer.Timothy Duval, Jr., 25, of Tallahassee, Fl. was found lying in the roadway of Ocean View Drive near Long Pond Road in Wellfleet at around 11:40 p.m.
on Saturday, May 25, 2025, according to the Wellfleet Police Department.
