The 9/11 Victims Fund has paid out $18.56 billion and continues to receive applications.

The September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (VCF) has distributed 18.56 billion dollars in indemnities to address the aftermath of the 2001 terrorist attacks. To date, the fund has processed payments for over 77,000 claims out of approximately 112,000 total applications received.

The fund remains active as it continues to process ongoing requests for compensation. This financial distribution represents a long-term effort to provide restitution to those affected by the events of September 11, 2001, in New York.
