Investigation into Air India flight plunge highlights triple hydraulic failure and pilot drug test

India's Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau has launched an inquiry into an Air India flight incident characterized by a triple-hydraulic failure. During the event, the aircraft's autopilot system disengaged, and a stall warning was triggered for two seconds, necessitating an investigation into the technical malfunctions experienced mid-flight.
