AKRON, Ohio — A Summit County judge has convicted an Akron man of the stabbing death of a 52-year-old man during a fight over music being played at a barbecue in 2025.Rosue Pierce, 57, also was found guilty of one count of felonious assault in connection with the death of Narlon Portis, according to Summit County Prosecutor Elliot Kolkovich.
