At least nine dead in Ukrainian attack on a bus, according to Luhansk authorities

At least nine people were killed and five others injured in the Ukrainian region of Lugansk during an attack by Kyiv's forces targeting a passenger bus carrying a total of 15 individuals. The incident was reported by local authorities.

The event took place on a Wednesday in the Lugansk province, a territory partially occupied and annexed by Russia.
