Albares holds bilateral meetings with Latin American counterparts to promote the Madrid Summit

Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, José Manuel Albares, held a series of bilateral meetings on Friday with his Latin American counterparts to advance preparations for the upcoming Ibero-American Summit in Madrid.

The diplomatic discussions involved the foreign ministers of Bolivia, Chile, Peru, and Colombia. Specifically, the talks included engagement with Colombia's newly appointed Minister of Foreign Relations, Omar Bula Escobar, as Spain seeks to secure regional collaboration for the high-level summit.
