Alibaba busca 8.735 millones con la emisión de nuevas acciones para invertir en IA

Alibaba Group Holding has announced plans to raise approximately 8.735 billion dollars through the issuance of 710 million new ordinary shares. The offering is directed exclusively at non-U.S. investors located outside of the United States.

The company intends to utilize the proceeds from this capital raise to fund investments in artificial intelligence. The total target for the issuance is 80 billion Hong Kong dollars.
