Federal judge overturns decision to release accused killer linked to Bishnoi gang

A Federal Court judge has overturned an Immigration and Refugee Board decision to release an Indian national accused of murder and with suspected links to the Bishnoi gang. The Federal Court has granted Ottawa a judicial review of a decision by the Immigration and Refugee Board ordering the release of an alleged member of a criminal gang who is wanted in India to face a 2012 murder charge.
