Alteogen signs deal with Novartis worth up to 4.4 tln won for subcutaneous formulations

South Korean biotechnology firm Alteogen Inc. announced on September 2 that it has entered into a licensing agreement with the Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis. The deal, valued at up to 4.4 trillion won (approximately $3.3 billion), centers on the use of Alteogen’s proprietary subcutaneous delivery technology for a specific Novartis product.
