South Africa: Update - Eskom Admits to R3-Billion in Payments 'Outside of Contractual Terms'

State-owned power utility Eskom has released the findings of an 18-month internal investigation into R21-billion worth of diesel procurement contracts. The inquiry revealed that the utility made R3-billion in payments that fell outside of contractual terms.
