Amazon issues nationwide recall for 60K+ recreation kits after falls, collisions injure dozens

More than 60,000 backyard zipline kits — along with roughly 19,000 stand-alone spring brakes — have been recalled nationwide after federal safety officials found the equipment can break, detach or fail to slow riders down, sending people crashing into trees or falling to the ground.
