Amazon MGM Studios Exec Carina Walker Named Head of YA

Amazon MGM Studios has appointed Carina Walker as the new Head of YA. Walker, who has spent nine and a half years at the company, will transition into the role as part of an ongoing effort by global TV head Peter Friedlander to finalize his executive team.

During her tenure at Amazon, Walker has worked across the drama and international departments. Her recent contributions include development work on Prime Video titles such as 'Off Campus' and 'Mr. & Mrs. Smith,' providing her with an established background in the young adult genre.
