Amazon recall: Over 200K children’s toys being returned following serious ingestion injuries

Federal safety regulators are urging parents to stop using a popular children’s ATV sold nationwide by Amazon and Walmart due to serious injury and death risks. More than 200,000 popular children’s magnetic building block sets sold on Amazon are under recall after two children swallowed loose magnets and had to undergo surgery to remove them.
