World 1 source 1 country 🔦 Under-reported 7m ago

Ancient clay-rich sediments near Mars’ Hellas Basin have been captured in a new image published on Friday by NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. Taken by the spacecraft's HiRISE camera, the photograph reveals the sediments exposed between wind-blown dunes.
