MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- A Richmond Heights man, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana July 22 after he was found in possession of two THC cartridges outside the Legendary Smoke Shop on Mayfield Road.Officers had been keeping watch in the area throughout the day due to an anonymous tip that somebody was dealing drugs out of a vehicle.
