Another woman killed in Ekurhuleni : 11th body found strangled in Springs

On Sunday, 27 September 2026, members of the South African Police Service discovered the body of a woman along a railway line in Springs, located within the Ekurhuleni region.

This discovery marks the 11th woman's body found strangled in Ekurhuleni since July. Additionally, authorities noted that one other body was discovered during this period in Soweto.
