Antonelli wins in Austin ahead of Leclerc and Verstappen, but is not yet champion

Italian driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli, competing for the Mercedes team, won the United States Grand Prix on Sunday. The eighteenth round of the Formula One World Championship took place at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas.

Despite securing the race victory in Austin, Antonelli was not yet able to celebrate winning the world championship title, as the mathematical consecration of the championship remains pending.
