Four workers were removed from the hospital in Tucumán after they gave a baby boy with earrings to a couple expecting a baby girl.

The Ministry of Public Health of Tucumán, Argentina, has placed four employees of the Dr. Miguel Belascuain Regional Hospital in Concepción under preventive suspension. The action follows an incident in which hospital staff delivered a male infant wearing earrings to a couple who had been expecting a baby girl.
