Coercive measures postponed in the death of a leader in Los Alcarrizos

The Permanent Attention Court of Santo Domingo West has postponed the coercion measure hearing for the individuals accused of killing community leader José Frank Valerio. The proceedings are now scheduled to take place on Monday, August 24.

The case centers on the homicide of Valerio, which occurred in the municipality of Los Alcarrizos. The court is tasked with determining the legal measures to be applied to the suspects currently implicated in the crime.
