Arab Hadash-Ta’al, Ra’am parties sign agreement to reduce risk of lost votes

Arab political factions Hadash-Ta’al and Ra’am have signed an agreement aimed at reducing the risk of lost votes during upcoming elections. The accord addresses electoral mechanics within the Arab sector of the Israeli political landscape.

This new pact directly follows a previous election cycle in which Ra’am, Hadash-Ta’al, and Balad ran entirely separate campaigns and failed to reach an agreement regarding excess votes. The failure to secure such an arrangement previously jeopardized their electoral representation.
