Archaeologists uncover 4,300-year-old tomb of ancient judge near Cairo

Egyptian authorities have announced the discovery of a 4,300-year-old tomb near Cairo at a necropolis dating back to the 24th century BCE. The burial site belongs to an ancient official who served as a judge.

According to the antiquities ministry, the judge was responsible for adjudicating the grievances of ordinary people during the period.
